What States is Online Sports Betting Legal?

For a full walkthrough of matched betting in the United States, click here

Online Sports betting is legal at the federal level the United States, but still needs to be legalized in each state before residents can start with online sports betting and matched betting.

For our purposes, we’re not interested in in-person sports betting, so we’re only going to be discussing states where online sports betting is legal. We’re also not interested in online casinos (playing roulette online, for example), as we cannot use those services to make guaranteed profit with matched betting.

If your state is on that list, then you can sign up for Fanduel and other online sportsbooks!

However, that is only half of our matched betting equation. The other half involves a betting exchange like betfair.com, which allows us to lay bets and guarantee profit.

To get notified when risk-free profit via matched betting is available in your state, add your email to the sidebar to be one of the first Americans making money online with matched betting!
